jdm Lettings special promotion for Blackheath Rugby

Jdm Lettings are delighted to announce our partnership with Blackheath Rugby Club for the 2024/2025 season.
As part of our partnership, we are pleased to offer the supporters of Blackheath Rugby Club a special promotion on our letting’s fees, which also includes a contribution from jdm Lettings to the fantastic work Blackheath Rugby Club provide to the local community.
For every new instruction, jdm Lettings will offer the landlord a discount of 20% on their commission fees for Fully Managed and Rent Collection properties.
In addition to the discount, the value of the saving will be matched with a financial contribution by jdm Lettings which will be paid to Blackheath Rugby Club for their local community projects.
Promotion is only valid for all new instructions during jdm Lettings sponsorship programme with Blackheath Rugby Club.
Dates currently range from Saturday 7th September 2024 to Wednesday 30th April 2025, inclusive.
Landlord must have signed and returned Confirmation of Instruction during the qualifying dates.
Landlord must quote Blackheath Rugby Club before signing the Confirmation of Instruction.
Discount applies to Fully Managed & Rent Collection instructions only.
Applies to new landlords only for an initial offer period of 12 months following new tenancy commencement date.
The commission fee is subject to a minimum fee, details of which are available upon request from any of our offices.
This promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
All commission fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
We have put together an example of our standard commission fees, along with the discount and the contribution to the community projects.
The example figures below are based on an average rent of £19,200 per annum (£1,600 per month) but will vary dependent on the value of each property:

The above is based on an average fee for a 12 month tenancy and will be subject to a tenancy commencing and all fees being paid. The contribution will be made monthly to Blackheath Rugby once fees have been paid. No contribution will be made if fees due are not paid in full.
